- 28 Oreo cookies
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a greased and parchment-lined 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Make the cookie dough by creaming butter and sugars, mixing in eggs and vanilla, then adding flour and chocolate chips.
- Spread cookie dough evenly in the pan, layer with Oreos, then prepare brownie batter by melting butter and chocolate, mixing in sugar and eggs, then folding in flour and cocoa.
