  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted melted butter
  • 6 oz. berry blue gelatin
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, mix with Greek yogurt, and fold in blueberries. Pour over the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth; gently fold in whipped cream and spread over the blue layer.
  4. Prepare strawberry layer by dissolving strawberry Jello in boiling water, then adding iced water; pour over the cream cheese layer and top with sliced strawberries.
  5. Finish with whipped cream and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
