- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Remove outer leaves from cauliflower and trim stems. Cut each head in half lengthwise and then slice into 1 ½-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each steak and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly.
- Place on a rimmed baking sheet covered tightly with foil; bake for 5 minutes. Remove foil and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
- Flip each steak and roast for another 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
