  • 2 heads cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
  2. Remove outer leaves from cauliflower and trim stems. Cut each head in half lengthwise and then slice into 1 ½-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each steak and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly.
  5. Place on a rimmed baking sheet covered tightly with foil; bake for 5 minutes. Remove foil and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Flip each steak and roast for another 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
