Description

Indulge in these Protein Brownies, a delicious guilt-free treat that merges rich chocolate flavor with a nutritious twist. Each fudgy brownie is packed with up to 15 grams of protein, making them an ideal post-workout snack or a delightful dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar (or erythritol)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients: almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until mixed well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together wet ingredients: melted coconut oil, eggs, sugar (or erythritol), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully blended. Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  6. Allow brownies to cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
