- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- ½ cup onion (chopped)
- 1 lb boneless rib-eye steak (sliced or chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large pan over medium heat, melt half the butter and sauté the bell pepper and onion until softened (3-4 minutes). Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, melt remaining butter and cook rib-eye steak seasoned with salt and pepper until browned (3-4 minutes).
