- 1/2 cup butter flavored solid shortening
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons milk

- Preheat your oven to 325°F (do not preheat yet) and grease/flour a 12-cup bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together shortening, butter, cream cheese, and crunchy peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
