  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 green onions (minced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
  • 1 tbsp cilantro (minced, for serving)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced, for serving)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil and spices, then bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken and mix it with softened cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, spices, green onions, cilantro, and cheeses.
