  • 11 ounces butterscotch chips (divided)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (divided)
  • 3 cups Cocoa Pebbles (divided)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups roasted (lightly salted peanuts, coarsely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11 ounces bag KRAFT caramels or caramel bits
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and ½ cup peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Stir in Cocoa Pebbles.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  4. In another saucepan, melt butter, sugar, and evaporated milk, stirring until it boils for about 5 minutes; mix in marshmallow crème.
  5. Add remaining peanut butter and chopped peanuts; spread over the base layer.
  6. Melt KRAFT caramels and evaporated milk in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth; pour over nougat layer.
  7. Allow to set at room temperature for about an hour before cutting into bars.
