- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to form the crust mixture.
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until well combined.
- Layer the parfait by placing 2 tablespoons of the crust mixture into serving cups. Top with 3 tablespoons of cheesecake filling.
- Add half of the cherry pie filling evenly across cups and sprinkle with more crust mixture.
- Repeat layers with remaining cheesecake mixture and cherry pie filling. Finish with graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
