  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ⅓ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to form the crust mixture.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Layer the parfait by placing 2 tablespoons of the crust mixture into serving cups. Top with 3 tablespoons of cheesecake filling.
  4. Add half of the cherry pie filling evenly across cups and sprinkle with more crust mixture.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining cheesecake mixture and cherry pie filling. Finish with graham cracker crumbs on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
