  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with seasoned breadcrumbs.
