  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1½ teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ small red onion
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro

Instructions
