  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter; sauté chopped onion until softened (3-4 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; stir to combine and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Return cooked chicken and spaghetti to the skillet; toss to coat with the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top; cover for 2-3 minutes until melted.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
