Ingredients
- 4 pounds russet potatoes
- 12 ounces bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups medium cheddar cheese
- 6 green onions
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork. Coat them lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 50-60 minutes until tender.
