  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla extract, buttermilk, lemon juice, and zest; mix well.
  4. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
