  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ cup lavender sugar
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups fresh lemon juice
  • Zest from 2 lemons
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, dried lavender, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Gradually stir in flour until mixed. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake crust for about 15 minutes until lightly golden.

  5. Pour filling over warm crust and bake for an additional 45 minutes until set.
  6. Allow to cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and cutting into squares.
