- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup honey

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
Instructions
