  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line muffin tin with liners.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into muffin tins.
  3. Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, egg, baking powder, and protein powder until smooth; pour over crusts.
  4. Bake for 38-41 minutes until set.
  5. Heat frozen strawberries in a saucepan until liquid; pour over cooled cheesecake bites.
