Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8-inch x 8-inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 1/3 cup of chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth. Stir in melted chocolate mixture.

  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20–23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
