  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3 tablespoons coconut cream (or plain non-dairy yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  2. Stir in flour, salt, baking powder, coconut cream, and olive oil until a dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

  5. Divide the dough into 8 pieces; roll each into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Heat a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat and cook each naan until bubbly and golden brown on both sides.
