  • 1 baguette (sliced into 1/2”-thick slices)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
  • Fresh chives (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steak with kosher salt. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  2. In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese and creamed horseradish. Gradually add water while whisking until you achieve your desired consistency.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
