- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ tablespoon creamed horseradish
- 1 baguette (sliced into 1/2”-thick slices)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

Instructions
- Season the ribeye steak with kosher salt. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese and creamed horseradish. Gradually add water while whisking until you achieve your desired consistency.

- Thinly slice the cooked ribeye against the grain. Spread horseradish sauce on each toasted baguette slice, top with steak slices, garnish with chives, and drizzle balsamic glaze before serving.
