- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar (for the batter)
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ cup whipping cream or yogurt
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
- Mix together sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
