  • ½ cup whipping cream or yogurt
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Mix together sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together. Gradually add to the butter mixture, alternating with cream and milk until just combined.
  5. Layer half the batter in the bundt pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture on top, then repeat.
  6. Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a rack. Drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar mixed with cream/milk.
