  • 1½ cups quick oats
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Easter pastel M&M's

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×13 baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix quick oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly.
  3. Set aside 1½ cups of the mixture for topping and press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate filling over the crust and sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture on top. Add M&M's and optional sprinkles, pressing them down gently.
  6. Bake for 20-23 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool before cutting into bars.
