  6. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are firm but centers remain soft.
  8. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
