Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: cube the sirloin steak, dice the potatoes and onion.
  2. In the Crockpot, layer half of the potatoes at the bottom followed by half of the steak and half of the onion. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Season generously to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, add cheddar cheese on top and cover to melt.
  6. Stir gently before serving.
