  • 1 cucumber (diced)

Instructions

  2. While shrimp cooks, dice avocados, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion; chop cilantro and juice lime.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp with all prepared vegetables, salsa, and lime juice. Toss gently to mix.
